• Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Vendors are responsible for setting up and dismantling their own display.
• The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to stock or personal belongings during event or while setting up.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
• Set up MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE 12PM on day of event.
• Stall location is random and will not be changed, please arrive in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
