Not loving the item? No problem.
If you wish to exchange or return your item(s) for a refund please ensure we receive your order back within 14 days.
A refund will be made by the original method of payment
The item must be unworn and in it’s original condition.
Items received after this time will be returned to customer.
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
Should you require an exchange, please note this on your returns form.
You have 14 days for an exchange also.
We do not charge postage for exchanges sent out.
If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the laW.
Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can effect the appearance of an item. We take our own pictures where possible (an in natural lighting) and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item. Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion nor is a slight difference in the colour

Your Bank May take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account.
Please remember the safe return of the item to us is your responsibility.
Please note if the system suspects suspicious activity for example a high level of returns or return of faulty items we will suspend the account to look into this.
