Express 24hr  

Same day shipping on orders before 4pm. Express orders are sent with DPD next day delivery.

Express 24hr within Ireland & Northern Ireland is €7.95. 

Please note that we cannot guarantee this delivery time as external factors may delay delivery. 

Pre orders will be dispatched on the date noted. Orders can’t be cancelled after 2 hours 

Weekends & Holidays excluded. Express orders placed after 4pm, on Weekends or holidays will be shipped the next working day

Standard delivery is 2-4 working days 

Postage within Ireland & Northern Ireland is €4.95. European shipping is €6

Due to clearance delays we are currently not shipping to England, Scotland or Wales  

 

Store Returns Policy

Please note we cannot accept returns of bodysuits and hairbands for hygiene reasons

If you wish to return your item(s) for a refund please ensure we receive your order back / notification of, within 14 days of receipt 

A refund will be made by the original method of payment

The item must be unworn and in it’s original condition.

Items received after this time will be returned to customer.

We do not refund shipping costs 

If the product received by you is damaged or faulty you should let us know immediately and we will ensure you receive all your rights under the law.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return or exchange headbands, hair clips, hair ties or earrings, with the exception of damaged on arrival.

Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that the images on the website and on social media are a 100% true representation of the product, screen resolution can effect the appearance of an item.  We take our own pictures where possible and are happy to provide any further information that you may require regarding the colouring of an item.  Printed fabrics may appear a little different, depending on where the print falls on the fabric and where it has been cut - this is normal and natural on printed fabrics and is not considered a fault or distortion nor is a slight difference in the colour  

We often have discount codes running on our site. If discount code is not applied at time of purchase we can’t apply it after. 
If you have won a voucher we will apply your amount online and give you a code to use your voucher. This voucher and code can only be used by the authorised person and not anyone else. If someone else uses the code we will automatically cancel the order. Passing your code to others is a breach of our terms and conditions and we will cancel your code. 

Please Allow up to 14 days for Accounts to process your refund. If you have not received your refund after 14 days please contact us

PLEASE NOTE: returns are via postal or courier service only. There is no drop off service. Also our address is a PO Box. Please check with your chosen courier that they deliver to a PO Box as this is our only return address. This does not apply to An Post who do deliver to a PO Box. 

Please obtain a copy of proof of postage with tracking, just in case your order is delayed or lost on the way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

Please remember the safe return of the item to us is your responsibility. We recommend using the returns system via A Post as it is fully tracked. It is only a recommended method and An Post are external to Canella Lane. 

Please note if the system suspects suspicious activity for example a high level of returns or return of faulty items we will suspend the account to look into this.

 

CHANGING OF ORDERS

We cannot alter orders, add items or remove them once the order has been placed. Please note that we can only cancel the order

 

RETURNS

Legal: Please be aware that you have 14 days to return / notify us of your return within the following 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that we operate within and ensure all your rights under S.I.No.484/2013 are adhered to. For online consumers the EU ODR platform is available for dispute resolution
Discount codes: we often collaborate with bloggers who will provide discount codes. These codes will be active for 24 hours. If the code isn’t applied at time of checkout we cannot apply it after. This also applies to any discount codes we have running.

(Please note this can only be used in ROI) and any issues encountered with this you can contact An Post. For returns from NI please use an alternative post service or courier and please keep your tracking number.
